There is so much technological information available, it is hard to sort it all out. I have decided to share that information with you through computer classes at the shop. All classes will be on Thursday evening -- starting at 6 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m. Each class will cost $25 for each participant. You will need to call 585-567-2010 to reserve your spot as seating is limited for each session. If you have questions concerning classes and what is offered please feel free to contact us. 11/5/2015 – INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS PART I
In this class we will go over the parts of the computer and basic terminology. We will be looking at the basic differences between operating systems as well as discussing what programs are needed to accomplish basic computing tasks – creating and editing documents, photo manipulation, printing options, internet browsers, etc.
11/12/2015 – INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER PART II
In this session we will discuss the filing system and how to organize your files for easy retrieval. We will also continue the discussion on how to use the programs that came with your computer. We will also talk about some alternatives to the more popular programs available. We will also touch briefly on basic computer safety.

In today’s computing environment there are things that you can do to help protect your information and identity on-line. In this session we will discuss in detail what you can do to keep your personal information safe
